Project overview

A leading commercial bank in Vietnam aimed to modernize its data collection and integration process by leveraging AI technologies. The bank required a software solution to extract and process data from various external sources, including text documents, scanned files, and digital forms, and then create and manage requests for approval. Once approved, the system would integrate the processed data into the bank’s existing systems, such as the Core Banking System and CRM. 

The objective was to streamline data ingestion, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
